The 2020 vintage boasted fantastic weather for ripening all varieties in Niagara. The dry fall, paired with cool nights was a perfect setting for ripening all types of red grapes. We took this opportunity to make a perfect of Merlot (51%), Pinot Noir (18%), Cabernet Franc (18%), Malbec (7.%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%).
