All hand crafted here in our state of the art production facilities overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. This diverse tasting flight showcases why we at Niagara College are at the forefront of the Beverage industry! Enhance your tasting by adding a snack flight pairing that includes four locally sourced culinary nibbles that perfectly accentuate each beverage served.

This specialized experience includes three samples of our award-winning craft wine. One of our wine experts will lead your group out to our vineyards (weather permitting) to discuss our growing season, terroir and the Canadian wine industry as a whole. While you learn about their vine-to-bottle journey, you will also sample three of our award-winning wines.
