Experiences Terms and Conditions

• Must be 19 years old or older to participate in tour and tastings and purchase alcohol.
• Reservations are required at least 72 hours in advance and subject to availability, outdoor experiences are subject to weather conditions.
• Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance, cancellation made less than 48 hours and No Shows will forfeit their payments / vouchers.
• Participants must arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour start time with your printed voucher and check in at the Wine Visitor and Education Centre.
• Taxes as applicable; gratuity is not included in the price.
