2020 Balance Gewurztraminer

The fruit for this wine was picked as full clusters then destemmed and given a short cold soak before pressing to extract as much flavour as possible. The nose shows classic rose petal, citrus, tropical fruit and ginger aromas, while the palate is full and textured with a dry finish and tons of fruit and honey flavour.
