This blend of 79% Pinot Noir and 21% Cabernet Franc, both from our Concession 5 vineyard was made with a combination of full cluster pressed fruit and fruit that was macerated on skins for 12 hours. It appears a vibrant ruby-pink hue in the glass. The nose shows fresh aromas of red apple, strawberry, raspberry, currants and floral notes while the palate offers a hint of spice and herbal character. It is made in an off-dry style and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Pairing Suggestions: Try with charcuterie boards, summer salads, or poached rainbow trout in herb butter.
