Spirits 101 Butler's Orchard 

This is a short aged grain-spirit produced by some of our NC graduates. Because it is short-aged it cannot be called whisky, but the inspiration behind this product is very old complex whiskies with interesting cask finished character. Older whiskies often have complex fruit profiles with the emphasis on dried fruit character, either as a result of aging or finishing in former fortified wine casks. This spirit flips that idea on its head by including dried fruit maceration to mimic these flavours for our timeline and your budget.
