Reserve Apple Brandy

Spirits 101 Reserve Apple BrandyAlthough this is an Apple Brandy with a few unique features. Firstly, it has been aged for a longer time than our previous release. Secondly, it has some smoked apples included in the production. The smoked apples add some complexity to the spirit but the character is relatively subtle. The flavour profile has distinct characters coming from the fruit esters formed before, during and after distillation due to the acidity of the apples and the presence of alcohol.
