2021 Balance Syrah

The 2021 vintage boasted a warm summer and a fall with heavy precipitation.  This gave us a very classic cool-climate Syrah, leading to a more medium body style that is delicate and floral in nature.  This wine was aged in French and American oak to round out flavours and texture.

Winemaker's Pairing Suggestion: This would pair great with lamb burgers or a mushroom ragu.
