2019 Unoaked Chardonnay

A cooler vintage lead to fresh bright acidity being maintained in the Chardonnay, sharp contrast to the hot and dry vintage previous.  The lower temperatures help preserve natural acidity and allow longer aging potential of the wines.  This wine was made without oak to showcase the bright fruit and minerality.

Winemaker's Pairing Suggestion: Would be excellent with oysters, lemon tarts, or salads with citrus based vinaigrettes.
