Growler Club memberships include one growler fill (or equivalent cans) per month. These are referred to as “Growler Credits.” One credit = one monthly benefit.
Members may hold a maximum of 12 Growler Credits at any time (equal to one full year of benefits). Once you reach 12 unused credits, you will not earn additional credits until you redeem some.
If you cancel your Growler Club membership, any unused Growler Credits must be redeemed within 120 days (4 months) of the cancellation date. After 120 days, any unredeemed credits expire and become invalid.
Growler Credits can be redeemed in person at the Teaching Brewery during regular business hours. Members must provide their name and matching account information at the time of redemption.
If a member cancels or becomes inactive and the account has no valid email, phone number, or mailing address on file, the Brewery may be unable to notify the member about unused credits or upcoming expiry. In situations where we have no way to contact the member, unused credits may be deemed unclaimable and will expire based on the timelines described above.
If a former member returns after credits have expired, the Brewery may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill redemption or equivalent benefit. This is optional and not guaranteed.
The Teaching Brewery may update Growler Club Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
